Shown below is just a small portion of recent projects that we have completed, or are currently constructing.

F.W.O. was in need of a new nurse call system for their OP Surgery Department, and knowing that TCSI would go above and beyond to get the job done to F.W.O.’s level of satisfaction, contacted us for this project. On this project: we provided & pulled all cable, installed all necessary equipment, instructed personnel in proper use of the equipment, provided a complete system check-out, and provided detailed drawings & submittal material. This project was completed in December of 2010. Since then, we have also worked on small projects such as adding additional duty stations in their OR area.

Southwest Allen County Schools was in need of renovating the security system at Homestead High School. This new system would provide Homestead with an elevated level of security that will cover the entire building grounds, and make sure that its students will be as safe as possible. This job was completed in September of 2010. Currently, we are installing a handicap accessible ramp and a health clinic at the school. This project has an estimated completion date for the 3rd quarter of 2011.

We have been working with Lutheran Medical Group since our company began over ten years ago. We have worked on various projects at multiple locations such as: Nurse Call and Tracer installations for Dukes Hospital in Peru, IN & Kosciusko Community Hospital in Kosciusko, IN; Nurse Call System installation at Fort Wayne Orthopaedic Hospital; Nurse Call & Clock System at St. Joe Hospital; and Nurse Call & Paging System at Bluffton Regional Medical Center-Obstetrics Area. A few current projects we are working on include: Lutheran Hospital 5th Floor Nurse Call and Clock installations; Lutheran CVIC Isolator Module/Pillow Speaker/TV Control cabling and additions; and Kosciusko 3rd & 4th Floor Nurse Call installations. In addition to these projects, we also take care of service calls from various other locations within Lutheran Medical Group.

Northeast Indiana’s largest healthcare provider, Parkview, and its twelve surrounding locations, we have been working with since our company began over ten years ago. During the 1st quarter of 2008, we completed an eight room R4K nurse call installation on the Heart Institute's second floor. More recently, we have installed additional code blue nurse call stations for Parkview Heart Institute, completed in March of 2011. In addition, we provide our expertise to service calls that the Heart Institute may have.

Parkview North, another of Parkview Healthcare's twelve locations, also needed some upgrades to their nurse call stations. Completed during the 2nd quarter of 2008, we installed nurse call stations & television distributions throughout ACS Tenant B, C, H, & Radiology units. More recently, Parkview North upgraded their nurse call system in Oncology. We completed this new R.4 nurse call system in the 3rd quarter of 2009.

Lutheran Health Network’s Rehabilitation Hospital recently wanted to make some changes to their Old Generations Conversion area. These changes consisted of installing a new nurse call system as well as camera system. On this project: we were responsible for all installation, wiring, programming, training, and set up of the new systems. This project was completed in April of 2011.

In addition to hospitals and schools, TCSI also takes care of nursing homes/assisted living locations with their communications & technical needs. Woodview Assisted Living asked for our expertise when it came time for them to upgrade their fire alarm and emergency evacuation systems. Working with the electrical contractor, we installed all necessary components to the systems, provided a complete system check-out, and instructed the owners' personnel in the proper use of the equipment. This project was finished in the 3rd quarter of 2008. Since then, we have helped Woodview out with various service calls that they may have.
